Some Examples of Recent Work
16208 Palmer Creek Rd
The goal of this project was to develop an unconventional identity system for a real estate agent looking to sell his family’s home. Focusing on the individual aspects of the home instead of a ‘real estate entity’ allowed the property to have personality and an opportunity to stand out amongst the competition. A logo, business card, and property sign were developed for the initial launch of the property.
Allison Loves Jared
A personal website for my wife and I to post photos and blog about our lives. We intend to use it as often as possible to update photos and share them with our family.
Chip’s Auto Restoration
A very sharp looking website with drag-and-drop updating, blog functionality, and strong sense of identity for the business.
Focus the Nation
A 3-color logo with fresh colors intended to represent the modern aspects of global warming concerns and a poster illustrating a simple abstract tree on a hill with colors that are complimentary to the logo.
Fresh Baked Films
A grungy, youth-inspired poster. It was important to emphasize the age of the film makers and to reflect the variety of the films being presented.
Green Vin
A hip, environmentally conscious organic wine company with a small budget receives a simple yet metaphorically strong logo, with matching stationery (printed on 100% post-consumer paper), and a clean, minimal website featuring all pertinent information with simple, straight-forward colors and design.
Kelson Wedding
Wedding stationery for my sister-in-law’s wedding, focusing on a simple palette and her Japanese heritage, by using elegant type and a cherry blossom tree the design works perfectly for her winter wedding.
Love is in the Air
Poster created to commemorate Valentine’s Day 2009.
Retro Geometric
A poster created to share my love of all things Mid-Century Modern, from the colors to the textures, it’s all really wonderful.
Shelf Pet Models
Shelf Pet Models is a web-based company focusing on the niche market of small-scale model engines. Their clients are primarily enthusiasts who enjoy mechanics and seeing how things work.
The web identity developed for Shelf Pet Models focuses on a top-down approach to navigation—offering information about each model-kit and what they include and clear steps to purchasing kits. With an advanced ordering form, Shelf Pet Models can collect general user information and follow-up with a phone call to collect further information—offering a unique personal touch to their customer service.
Since it’s completion in December of 2009 the site has garnered an increase in web activity, sales, and several compliments.
Taste of Space
With my recent discovery of the NASA photo library, and a piqued interest in retro space-based pieces I created these two posters showcasing how these old photos can be brought to life in a modern way.
Wedding
Stationery I designed for my wedding including a Save the Date card, an Invitation and a Reply Card.
The website was a great little site with all of the information our guests could possibly need for the wedding, all sticking within the theme of the wedding (i.e. stationery, colors).
Western Spray Foam
Western Spray Foam specializes in soy-based spray foam for your home that boosts energy efficiency. The company needed a logo that emphasized they are energy efficient, environmentally-friendly and a force to be reckoned with among their competition.
Focusing on strong blues and greens, the logo achieves a strong identity by promoting their green company values as well as being clean and modern. In addition to branding and logo development, business cards and a website were also produced.
Western Spray Foam’s website focuses on clean, concise information to help users navigate through the complexities of the industry while offering easy forms of communication for their users.
Easily updated photo galleries allow the company to showcase recent projects while building rapport and confidence with their client base for the wonderful work they do.
